Sharp Retail System’s nationwide service personnel are Sharp (EPOS & Cash Register) trained and offer support for the full range of Sharp’s ECR & EPOS hardware. This includes telephone helpdesk support and remote dial in support via the internet direct with clients computers.


All Sharp products supplied by our company are covered by a 12-month onsite warranty which includes parts & labour. ( excluding programming )

Field Support

Sharp Retail Systems offers prompt nationwide cover by their trained personnel to ensure that any hardware problems are resolved in the quickest possible time.

Maintenance Contracts

Sharp Retail Systems can offer bespoke maintenance agreements to suit your individual requirements.

All data cabling is carried out by our own network division, and maintained by our own team of network engineers. We do not use any 3rd party agents.
